About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to the J&J Petro Services construction team. This role requires physical strength, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful completion of construction projects through hands-on assistance and diligent work.

DUTIES

·  Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools

·  Perform lifting of materials such as concrete forms and heavy equipment components in accordance with safety protocols

·  Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete mixers safely to support tasks like concrete pouring, cutting, finishing, and formwork construction

·  Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for everyone on site

·  Conduct site clean-up activities and prepare surfaces for subsequent phases of construction

QUALIFICATIONS

A hard-working reliable, trustworthy individual.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, have a valid driver’s license or I.D. and good attitude.
• Prior experience in general construction and small machine equipment operation is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail are advantageous for success in this role.
